Taichung Dakeng No.2 Trail by Thai Do Thai Restaurant [大坑二號步道] 泰鍍泰式料理

仁者樂山,智者樂水。
這週一抽空去台中大坑爬了個小山,
當了一下"忍者"!
第一次就挑到困難度最高的二號步道,
原本以為是向溪頭一樣的登山方式,
沒想到完全不是那麼一回事。
短短的一個多小時的上山過程,
讓很久沒動的肌肉都著實的動了一下,
大量的出汗也讓人通體舒暢,
但要注意的是,下次一定要帶足夠的水,
否則反而傷身!

"爬"走這步道的過程,
除了美麗的山景和新鮮的空氣,
還可以聞到濃濃的人情味,
狹小的步道縮短了人與人的距離,
相逢的陌生人都會彼此的打聲招呼。

二號步道走完後,在往上爬個十來分,
到了更高的山脊上,有五棵大松樹,
在那邊可向山脊兩邊望下山腳,
漂亮的風景讓人心胸為之開闊。
有機會一定要上大坑步道走走,
有十條步道供你選擇,
至於要不要走二號,就隨個人喜好了!

三月的泰國行,店長帶回了這道新菜[泰式八寶生菜捲],嚐過的人幾乎都愛上了它!這道菜的吃法是將生菜葉塗抹上特調的醬汁後,再包住八樣食材一鼓作氣的放入嘴中品嚐,食材在嘴裡混合出特殊的香氣。請大家先嚐為快!

In March, we went to Thailand to bring back this new dish, Thai Eight Treasures Starter, for Thai Do customers. Most people cannot resist it. The way to eat it is very easy, just apply a thin layer of its source on the leaf, add eight ingredients, fold the leaf and put it in your mouth. Bon Appetit!
